Why haven't I received the funds for a monthly booking in my space?

Monthly Saver bookings are bookings which rollover from month to month, allowing drivers to be assured of a parking space and enable a steady income for the Space Owners.

As part of this, JustPark will deposit the funds into your JustPark account from this booking, 30 calendar days after the first day of the booking. We do this to ensure cancellations can be handled in an efficient manner, as refunds are issued automatically.

If a driver was to cancel halfway through the month, they’ll be refunded the partial amount automatically and then the remaining funds will be deposited to your account. Without this 30 day period, the Space Owner would be liable for the days on which the driver hasn't parked but JustPark has paid them for.
