I have requested a refund, how long will this take?
When you cancel a short term booking, we will refund you automatically in line with our cancellation policy
If you are cancelling a long term or monthly rolling booking then it will be reviewed by our team prior to the cancellation being finalised to make sure we issue the correct refund.
Once a refund is approved, you should see the money in your account within 3-5 working days.
You can check if a refund has been processed to you on our website by visiting your Transactions page on your account.
