I have requested a refund, how long will this take?
When you cancel a booking, we will review your reason for cancellation and make sure it's within our cancellation policy. Your request will be reviewed by a member of our team and we will follow up to let you know once it's been processed.
Once a refund is approved, you should see the money in your account within 3-4 working days.
You can check if a refund has been processed to you on our website by visiting your Transactions page on your account, and this will show the status of a cancellation.
