I have a problem with the Parking Space I've booked (iOS/Android)
If you have found a problem with the parking space you have booked, the JustPark app will provide some options for you.
Firstly, find your bookings and click on the parking space which you are having problems with.
As is shown on the image above, you will see a variety of options under the space.
1) If you have questions regarding accessing the space and general information on the surroundings, please ensure you select 'Directions & access info'.
2) If you are looking to cancel or change the dates, times, or vehicle for the booking, go on 'Change or cancel booking'.
3) If you cannot find your space, you are able to get into contact with the space owner via the JustPark app. We recommend you do this first, after viewing all of the access information.
