NHS Staff and Critical Care Worker FAQs

This article should give you all information you need about registering your status with us.


I am a critical care worker, what do I need to do?

We have put checks in place to ensure that our NHS staff and critical care workers are able to enjoy this service. That includes both NHS Staff and helpers ✅

If you have an NHS email 

Sign up using your work email (@nhs.co.uk)

Then search for a parking space near where you need to be on our App or website.

If you don’t have an NHS email 

Sign up the same way. If we don’t recognise your email as belonging to the NHS then we will send you an email that you can reply to with proof that you are a critical care worker. We will then update your account accordingly.

 What about if I'm a current user of JustPark?

Sign up the same way and we'll get your account updated to reflect your status.


Cancellation and refunds

If you no longer need your parking space, then please cancel your booking as soon as possible as this will free up the parking space for another key worker who may need it.

These bookings are the same as our usual bookings.
