Why have I not had a full refund on my booking?

All cancellation requests at JustPark are refunded in line with our Cancellation Policy (which you can find here: https://www.justpark.com/cancellation-policy/)

Our Cancellation Policy is broken down based on the length of your booking. The following examples clarify how our Cancellation Policy works,

Short-term booking (1 Day or Less)

We define this as 1 day or less in length.

What happens if I cancel before I start parking?

You're entitled to a full refund.

What happens if I cancel after I start parking?

There is no refund due to you, as we're unable to resell the space.

Example:

Win has booked for a day out in London on the 28th of July from 7am to 3pm. Unfortunately, she cannot make it and cancels on the 26th of July. Win is entitled to a full refund.

Lawrence is driving to his space and decides to park at a friends house instead of the space he booked. His booking was due to start at 10am and requests to cancel at 10:30am. Lawrence is not entitled to a refund.

Medium-term booking (2 - 5 Days)

What happens if I cancel before I start parking?

You're entitled to a refund, minus one day's parking.

What happens if I cancel after I start parking?

You're entitled to a refund for the remainder of booking minus 1 day

Example:

If your booking extends beyond 5am, you will be charged for two days, even if the booking spans less than 24 hours.
