Why did I not receive a full refund?
All cancellation requests at JustPark are refunded in line with our Cancellation Policy.
Our Cancellation Policy is broken down based on the length of your booking. The following examples clarify how our Cancellation Policy works,
Short-term booking (1 Day or Less)
We define this as 1 day or less in length.
You're entitled to a full refund.
There is no refund due to you, as we're unable to resell the space.
Jimmy has booked for a day out in London on the 28th of July from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, he cannot make it and cancels on the 26th of July. Jimmy is entitled to a full refund.
Lucy is driving to her space and decides to park at a friends house instead of the space she booked. Her booking was due to start at 10:00 AM and requests to cancel at 10:30 AM. Lucy is not entitled to a refund.
Medium-term booking (2 - 5 Days)
You're entitled to a refund, minus one day's parking.
You're entitled to a refund for the remainder of booking minus 1 day.
Melissa is going on holiday for the weekend and books a carpark near the airport for £30 for two days. Unfortunately, the airline has canceled her flight and she is unable to go, so she cancels the space a week before he was due to fly. Melissa is refunded £15 for one days parking.
Nick has booked a car parking space near his friend's house for 5 days whilst visiting friends and pays £25 for five days. Unfortunately, Nick car breaks down on the morning he is due to leave and decides to take the train, he cancels his parking the day after he arrives. Nick is refunded £15 for three days parking.
Long-term booking (8+ Days)
You're entitled to a refund, minus two day's parking.
You're entitled to a refund for the remainder of booking minus 2 days.
Jacob is going away for a month for work and parks his car near the train station, he pays £56 for a month of parking (28 Days). Jacob is called to say he can now work from home and is not required to commute. Jacob immediately cancels the booking. He is refunded £52 for 26 days of the booking.
Jess is temporarily working in a new office. She finds a space nearby and pays £28 for a month (28 Days). Halfway through the month, Jess is going to back to her original office and requests to cancel the parking. Jess is refunded £12.
