Why did I not receive a full refund?
All cancellation requests at JustPark are refunded in line with our Cancellation Policy.
Our Cancellation Policy is broken down based on the length of your booking. The following examples clarify how our Cancellation Policy works,
Short-term booking (1 Day or Less)
We define this as 1 day or less in length.
You're entitled to a full refund.
A refund is not qualified, as the booking time will have passed and the space will not be able to be booked by another driver.
Medium-term booking (2 - 5 Days)
You're entitled to a refund, minus one day's parking.
You're entitled to a refund for the remainder of booking minus 1 day.
Long-term booking (8+ Days)
You're entitled to a refund, minus two day's parking.
You're entitled to a refund for the remainder of booking minus 2 days.
