Why did I not receive a full refund?

All cancellation requests at JustPark are refunded in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Our Cancellation Policy is broken down based on the length of your booking. The following examples clarify how our Cancellation Policy works,

Short-term booking (1 Day or Less)

We define this as 1 day or less in length.

What happens if I cancel before I start parking?

You're entitled to a full refund.

What happens if I cancel after I start parking?

A refund is not qualified, as the booking time will have passed and the space will not be able to be booked by another driver. 

 

Medium-term booking (2 - 5 Days)

What happens if I cancel before I start parking?

You're entitled to a refund, minus one day's parking.

What happens if I cancel after I start parking?

You're entitled to a refund for the remainder of booking minus 1 day.

 

Long-term booking (8+ Days)

What happens if I cancel before I start parking?

You're entitled to a refund, minus two day's parking.

What happens if I cancel after I start parking?

You're entitled to a refund for the remainder of booking minus 2 days.
