Using Your Multi-Use Ticket

Once you've purchased a Multi-Use Ticket to use at one or more Cornwall Council Car Parks, it's very easy to get booking right away using the JustPark app (the most convenient for you), website or automated IVR system. 

  1. You'll be asked to enter the location ID of the car park and then prompted to follow instructions to navigate to checkout - the location ID is visible on our JustPark signs within the car park.

  2. When you reach the final checkout menu, the multi use ticket will be available as a payment source. This means you won't be required to enter your card details and can simply redeem one use of your multi use ticket.

If the ticket does not immediately appear on checkout in the app or website, please log out and in to ensure your purchase is visible on the account. To do this on the app, tap the three stripe icon in the top left corner and select your profile icon at the bottom. This will take you to your profile settings where you'll have a log out option - you may need to scroll down to see this. On the website, click on your name in the top right hand corner and select 'Log Out' from the drop down menu.
