How do I refund a driver?

To refund a driver for the whole booking:

  1. Go to Bookings in your JustPark account 
  2. Click 'More' on the booking you want to cancel
  3. Select 'Cancel booking'

You can also do this by clicking into the booking itself, scrolling to the bottom and selecting 'Cancel Booking'. The driver will be refunded in line with our cancellation policy by default.

If you wish to issue a driver with a refund that isn't covered by our cancellation policy, please contact us at help@justpark.com with the Booking ID and the reason for the cancellation.

 

Note: Where possible, we recommend not cancelling a booking as this creates a bad experience for the driver and thus reduces the number of drivers who book with JustPark. Instead, you should remove availability for your space when you're unable to rent it out. Click here for instructions on how to do so
