To refund a driver for the whole booking:
Head to Bookings in your JustPark account and click 'More' on the one you want to cancel, then select 'Cancel booking'.
You can also do this by clicking into the booking itself, scrolling to the bottom and selecting 'Cancel Booking'
The driver will be refunded in line with our cancellation policy by default.
If you wish to issue a driver with a refund that isn't covered by our cancellation policy, please contact us at help@justpark.com with the the Booking ID and the reason for the cancellation.
