What happens if the driver overstays?

We make it clear to our drivers that they shouldn't stay any longer than they've booked for. This happens very rarely and is usually due to unforeseen circumstances.

If a driver does overstay, don't worry! They will need to pay for any additional time they use at your space, plus any other compensation due. See our Overstay Policy for full details.

So that we can exercise this policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Try to contact the driver by phone - We'll need to see proof of this, such as a screenshot.
  2. Make a note of how long they overstay, so that we can charge them for the additional time they use.
  3. Take photo evidence of the car still in your space - this is needed to confirm that they are still parked on your space.
  4. Contact us with the full details as mentioned above.
