What if the driver doesn't show up?

We all know that sometimes things come up and plans change. Please feel free to contact the driver if you want to check that they aren’t struggling to find your space.

You'll find their phone number in your JustPark account - just select the relevant booking on your Bookings page.

If a driver doesn’t turn up but has given no notice of cancellation, don't worry! They will still have to pay in full for the booking. We never issue a refund for a no-show unless this is authorised by the space owner.
