Your Profile

I'm having problems receiving emails/notifications.

There are three things you can do to make sure you always receive our emails:

  1. Check that your registered email address is correct on your Profile settings page.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email has ended up in the wrong place.
  3. Add to your list of safe senders so that our emails aren't blocked.
