Firstly, rest assured that we will refund you in full if the space owner cancels your booking. Just reach out to us on our chat-line or contact us on email@example.com and we will ensure that the refund is actioned and we can also assist with anything else you may need.
Do note that this happens very rarely and we keep a close eye on our space owners. Anyone who cancels bookings repeatedly will have their listing disabled. We want to ensure that our drivers have the best possible experience!
