Firstly, rest assured that we will refund you in full if the space owner cancels your booking.
You can always contact us to get help with this situation.
Do note that this happens very rarely and we keep a close eye to make sure it does not become a problem. Anyone who cancels bookings repeatedly will have their listing disabled. We want to make sure that our drivers have the best possible experience!
