How do I change the times of my booking?

You can extend your booking before it ends if there is availability and if the carpark rules allow.
How to extend your booking or start it early
To extend your booking or start it early:
- Go to the My bookings section of your JustPark account and select the relevant booking
- Click Extend booking on the booking you want to update, if there is any extra to pay then you will be prompted to make payment
- Select Confirm changes
Note: If you want to change the dates of your booking or end it earlier, we'll need to help sort that out for you. Please contact Customer Support. Any refund or extra payment needed will be applied when we process the change.
To extend your booking or start it early:
- Open your JustPark app
- Select My bookings and click on the relevant booking
- Look for the Extend booking option and select it
- Input the new times you want for your booking. This can be done after you have already parked but can’t be done if the booking has ended.
- Finally, you'll need to pay for the added time
