What do I do if the driver arrives early or late?

Sometimes journeys don't go to plan! Here's what to do if that happens:

Running early?
It's the driver's responsibility to arrive at the right time. If they're early and you can accommodate them, feel free to do this at your own discretion. If they're really early, you could ask them to make a booking for the extra hour(s) using the JustPark app or mobile website.

Running late?
We encourage our drivers to contact you in advance if they're running late. Don't worry - if being late means they can't park because of the way your space is managed, they will still have to pay in full for the booking.
