How do I withdraw my earnings?

There are a few things you need to do in order to withdraw your earnings from JustPark.

Firstly, please note that this can currently only be done online via a desktop or laptop, but is due to be available on our JustPark App soon.

1. Enter your withdrawal method

48 hours after the start of a booking, the funds from the booking will be released into your JustPark account, available for withdrawal. You can then withdraw the money to your PayPal or bank account. 

To add or change your withdrawal method, go to the Billing > Withdrawal methods section of your JustPark account. You can check the status of your earnings at any time from your transactions page.

2. Verify your mobile number

Enter your mobile number on your profile settings and we'll send you a 4-digit code via text – enter this code in the input field that will appear below and press 'save' at the bottom of the page. If you haven't received the text or have lost it, you can request another by clicking the link on the same page.

3. Double-check your bank details

When you make a withdrawal request, a pop-up will be displayed with the account details you have previously entered. Here you'll be able to confirm if the details were entered correctly or amend them, if necessary.

Please note that your email address also needs to be verified and you need to have your billing address on your profile as well.

4. Choose automatic withdrawals

You can manually request a withdrawal at any time. However, if you want to have your earnings transferred to you automatically, click the option in the pop-up and select either weekly, monthly or quarterly automatic withdrawals. 

Once you've requested a withdrawal, it takes 3-4 working days for your earnings to arrive in your nominated account.

Note: Automatic withdrawals are not currently available for PayPal accounts and will only be transferred if your earnings are over £25 – this is due to the 50p fee associated with transfers for anything less.
