How do I contact a space owner?
You can communicate with space owners using the JustPark internal messaging system, or directly using the space owner's telephone number which is included in your booking confirmation email.
After your booking is confirmed
If you have a confirmed booking, you can reach the space owner by:
- Going to My bookings on the web or on the JustPark app
- Selecting the booking in question
- Look for the ‘Message space owner’ button and write them a message
Note: It is not possible to contact a space owner before you confirm your booking. If you have questions about a specific parking space and have not yet confirmed your booking, please contact Customer Support.
