How do I contact a space owner?
You can communicate with space owners using the JustPark internal messaging system, or directly using the space owner's telephone number.
After your booking is confirmed
If you have a confirmed booking, you can reach the space owner by:
- Going to Bookings on the web or on the JustPark app.
- Selecting the booking in question.
- Scrolling down to the Contact section and using one of the available options.
You can also find the space owner's telephone number and a link to send them a message in your booking confirmation email.
Note: At the moment, it is not possible to contact a space owner before you confirm your booking. If you have questions about a specific parking space and have not yet confirmed your booking, please contact Customer Support.
