How do I contact a space owner?



You can communicate with space owners using the JustPark internal messaging system, or directly using the space owner's telephone number.

After your booking is confirmed

If you have a confirmed booking, you can reach the space owner by:

  1. Going to Bookings on the web or on the JustPark app.
  2. Selecting the booking in question.
  3. Scrolling down to the Contact section and using one of the available options.

You can also find the space owner's telephone number and a link to send them a message in your booking confirmation email. 

Note: At the moment, it is not possible to contact a space owner before you confirm your booking. If you have questions about a specific parking space and have not yet confirmed your booking, please contact Customer Support
