Remember that the booking confirmation email is your best friend in these situations!
You'll find clear instructions in the booking confirmation email and in the Bookings about how to find the space.
In the unlikely instance that you can't find the space on the day:
1. First, call the space owner.
The space owner is the best person to direct you to the space. Check your booking confirmation email or the <Bookings> section of your account for the person's phone number.
2. Call our emergency hotline.
If you can't get hold of the space owner, please contact JustPark on the emergency phone number provided in your booking confirmation email. We will do our absolute best to direct you to an alternative JustPark space nearby.
3. Book another space.
If your booking starts outside our support team's working hours (8.00am - 11.00pm, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00 pm Saturday and Sunday), please book another JustPark space yourself using our app or mobile website. If you couldn't find the space because there was a problem with the listing description, we will refund your original booking - and if the new space is more expensive, we'll refund you the difference. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.
