What should I do if I get a parking fine?
As long as you have supplied the correct vehicle registration and booking times and followed the access instructions then you shouldn’t receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
If you have followed all of the instructions and think that it has been issued incorrectly then here is what to do
1. Check the information is valid
Check the following information in the PCN against your booking details:
- Start and end time of booking
- Vehicle Registration
If you find that you have parked beyond the time of your booking or if any of the details don't match your booking then the PCN is probably valid and you will probably need to pay it. You are still welcome to make an appeal to the enforcement company that issued the fine but we will not be able to assist with this
Please note: We'll need to receive the PCN from you within one week of you receiving it, in order to appeal the parking fine on your behalf.
2. Get in touch with us
If you've followed the booking instructions and all of the above information you provided when booking matches the details on the PCN, please submit all the details here.
We will double-check that the PCN has been incorrectly issued before appealing it on your behalf with the relevant enforcement agency. We will be sure to keep you updated on the progress of your appeal - but can't give a guarantee of cancellation until we've heard back from the enforcement agency.
Note: PCNs issued by a Council or local authority must be appealed directly to their dedicated appeals team
