What do I do if I receive a Parking Charge Notice?

As long as you follow the access instructions sent to you within the confirmation email, you can ensure that you won't receive a Parking Charge Notice.

 However, if you have been issued with a PCN, here’s what to do…

 

  1. Check the following information in the PCN against your booking details.
  • Date.
  • Start and end time of booking.
  • Location.
  • Vehicle Registration.

If you find that you have overstayed your booking or any of the above details don't match your booking, unfortunately you will have to pay the PCN. You will find all the information you need on how to do this on the PCN itself.



  1. If you've followed the booking instructions and all of the above information you provided when booking matches the details on the PCN, then just send an image of the PCN into us at help@justpark.com. We will double check that the PCN has been incorrectly issued before appealing it on your behalf with the relevant enforcement agency. We will be sure to keep you updated on the progress of your appeal - but can't give a guarantee of cancellation until we've heard back from the enforcement agency.

 Please note that PCNs issued by Parking Eye must be appealed directly their dedicated appeals team. This is because Parking Eye prefer that drivers contact them directly. You can submit your appeal here.
