Do I need to make a booking to charge, and if so, how do I make a booking?
To check if you have a dedicated charger, share your charger or on a private network please speak to your Fleet Team.
If you are a driver who has a charger which is exclusively for yourself you do not need to make any bookings, just turn up and charge.
If you share one charger with another driver you will need to book for the time you would like to charge.
To do this simply search for the times you would like to book your charger, if the charger is available for those times it will show on the map, you'll then be able to process your booking.
Once you've made your first booking you'll easily be able to "rebook" the charger each time.
If you’re a driver on a private network (you have access to multiple chargers) you will need to book for the time you would like, at the charger you would like.
To do this simply search for the times you would like to book your charger, the chargers that are available for the times you've selected will show on the map, you'll then be able to process your booking.
