I've got a problem with my booking. Help!

If you are currently on your way or at your parking spot and you are facing an issue, the best way to review what you can do is to visit the booking in question using our JustPark Application by logging into your account. Besides the access instructions and full address details, you will also find ways to contact us directly. The "contact us"-button is only available 30 minutes prior to the start of your booking up until 30 minutes after your booking finishes. 

If there is a car in your space, please take a picture before you contact us as we require this as proof.
