My charger is going to be temporarily inaccessible, what should I do?



The charger should be dedicated to the Fleet Driver so we would ask you to avoid removing it for any period of time.

However, in the case of extraordinary or unavoidable situations we would request you let JustPark know at
evsupport@justpark.com as soon as possible, so we can find the driver an alternative charger for this period.

You will not be paid for the days your charger is inaccessible.
