I need to cancel my session - how do I do this?

If you are using the app, please do the following:

1. Select My bookings 
2. Select the booking you want to cancel
3. Scroll down and click Cancel Booking
4. If you are entitled to a refund then the amount will be displayed here
5. Select Yes, cancel my booking

If you cannot use the app, you will need to contact customer support here to cancel your booking.
