Why haven't I received the funds for a monthly booking in my space?
Monthly Saver bookings are bookings that roll over from month to month, allowing drivers to be assured of a parking space and providing a steady income for the Space Owners.
JustPark will deposit the funds into your JustPark account from this booking 30 calendar days after the first day of the booking and on the same date in each subsequent month. We do this to ensure cancellations can be handled in an efficient manner, as refunds are issued automatically.
If a driver was to cancel part way through a month then you will still be paid for the time they have parked on a pro-rata basis.
