I have requested a refund, how long will this take?
When you cancel a short term booking, we will refund you automatically in line with our cancellation policy
If you are cancelling a long-term or monthly rolling booking then it will be reviewed by our team prior to the cancellation being finalised to make sure we issue the correct refund in line with our long-term cancellation policy.
Once a refund is approved, you should see the money in your account within 3-5 working days.
You can check if a refund has been processed to you on our website by visiting your Transactions page on your account.
