Reservable parking (Not applicable to Monthly Subscription Parking)

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking starts you will be issued a full refund of the parking fee, minus the transaction fee.

You can cancel if your booking is less than 24 hours away, but if you do you will not receive any refund.

If you made a mistake and you cancel your booking within 10 minutes of making it, you will be issued a full refund including the transaction fee. 

If you feel you have been charged unfairly, please contact us through this form with the location ID, your vehicle registration, the amount you paid and details of the circumstances.

 

Monthly Subscription Parking

If your booking doesn’t have a set end date it’s covered by the monthly subscription policy.
  • Minimum 1-month duration (commitment) after purchase.
  • A 24-hour grace period after purchase for a free cancellation still applies.
  • If the lead time to booking start is less than 24-hours then the grace period will end as soon as the booking commences.
Cancel at any time - providing you cancel at least 4-days before the next billing date we will not take another payment and your session will finish on your renewal date. Unsure when that is? Check in your account here

 

EV Charging

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking you will be issued a full refund of the parking fee minus the transaction fee.

Non-reservable parking

For payments made on the spot in car parks, we operate a no refund policy - as the parking session is already underway once you have paid.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy

What if I need to cancel because of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance?

We may be able to give you a refund if you have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that’s out of your control. Click here for a list of circumstances covered by our Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Before you cancel, check that your circumstance is included in the list below and that you can provide the required documentation.

Penalty-free cancellations are only available for extenuating circumstances that occur before the official start date and time of your booking.
