How do I refund a driver?
If you decide you want to give a driver a full refund, you can do so easily by following the steps below:
- Go to your Bookings received page
- Click on the booking you want to cancel
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel booking
- The booking will be cancelled and the driver will be refunded, by default, in line with our Cancellation Policy
If you wish to issue a driver with a refund that isn't covered by our cancellation policy, please get in touch here at contact Customer Support with the Booking ID and the reason for the cancellation.
