How do I refund a driver?

If you decide you want to give a driver a full refund, you can do so easily by following the steps below:

  1. Go to your Bookings received page
  2. Click on the booking you want to cancel
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel booking
  4. The booking will be cancelled and the driver will be refunded, by default, in line with our Cancellation Policy 

If you wish to issue a driver with a refund that isn't covered by our cancellation policy, please get in touch here at contact Customer Support with the Booking ID and the reason for the cancellation.
