The space owner cancelled my booking, what do I do?
Firstly, rest assured that we will refund you in full for any time you’ve paid for but been unable to use if the space owner cancels your booking. If your booking had not started when it was cancelled you will be refunded in full.
This happens very rarely and we keep a close eye to make sure it does not become a problem. Anyone who cancels bookings repeatedly will have their listing disabled. We want to make sure that our drivers have the best possible experience!
