How do I change the times for my booking?

Amendments for Pen-Y-Pass/Snowdonia need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of your booking.
Amendments for West Wittering Beach car park are not allowed at any time, although you may cancel and rebook right up to the start time of your booking. Please click here for more information specific to bookings at West Wittering Beach car park.
It may be possible to extend your booking before it ends if there is availability and if the car park rules allow it.
How to extend your booking
To extend your booking:
- Go to the My bookings section of your JustPark account and select the relevant booking.
- Click Extend booking on the booking you want to update. If there is any extra to pay then you will be prompted to make an additional payment. Please note you cannot move the start time of your booking.
- Select Confirm changes.
Note: If you want to change the dates of your booking, you will need to cancel and rebook for the new dates. This is subject to availability and restrictions.
To extend your booking:
- Open the JustPark app.
- Select My bookings and click on the relevant booking.
- Find the Extend booking option and select it.
- Input the new times you want for your booking. This can be done after you have already parked but can’t be done if the booking has ended. Please note you cannot move the start time of your booking.
- Finally, you'll need to pay for the added time.
