Your JustPark Wallet
When cancelling your booking and if you’re eligible*, instead of waiting up to 10 business days for your money to arrive back in your account, your money will be instantly available to reuse on your next booking.
We will credit your JustPark wallet, including the transaction fee, which is not applied until your next successful booking.
*When will it be used?
If you cancel more than 24 hrs but less than 21 days before the booking starts AND booking value is LESS than £50.
If you’re not eligible for a wallet refund our standard cancellation policy applies
How does it work?
If you’re eligible*, your payment will be available immediately in your JustPark Wallet.
You can use your wallet balance to pay for parking in full, or partially: If the price is more than your wallet balance, you can pay the difference using your debit or credit card.
- We always take 100% of the wallet balance first before another payment method
Your wallet balance remains in your account for 6 months before expiring, but don’t worry we’ll keep reminding you it’s there.
Things to note:
If you had a poor experience, something went wrong or there are extenuating circumstances, you can still apply for a refund back to your original payment method.
There is not yet an option to have this go to your JustPark wallet.
